I'm working on photoshop CS2. I'm not sure this tips works with the earlier versions of photoshop.

I don't think you understand how useful this is. I've been muddling through Digital art for years without knowing any of these tricks that would make (straight lines for instance) drawing so much simpler.

These are very helpful. I finally got my son interested in Photoshop to do work on his pieces, tips like these will keep him interested.
One question, is the last tip the same way I can select a part of an image to move it if my original drawing had it in the wrong place so I can select it to transform it (and then move it too)?
